Comment:
hi, when creating a subkey, what's the "(Default) REG_SZ" string value that is created, its value is "(value not set)"? Can I delete it?

Can you delete what? A registry key you made? or a specific one?
Might try starting a new post with a little more info...

You should not delete Default value whether it has value data or not. Deleting Default is equal to deleting the key or subkey on the left pane of registry window.
You may delete whatever there is beneath Default, but not Default itself.
