Hi,
I would like to know if there is any way that I could like delete a registry key or registry entry from the Start --> Run box.
Is there any way ?? I was looking, and there seems to be an option like regedit /D but it didn't work, could anyone give me an example of how to do this ??
Thanx a lot !!

I think you missunderstood what I ment...
I would like to delete a Registry Key.
For example, I would like to enter a line of command in the Run Box (Start --> Run) to delete the following string/value in the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\something.exe

I would like to know what should I type to delete the something.exe from the Registry.
I hope this makes my question clear =)

Thanx a lot !

Sorry, about that! Try these links:

http://www.robvanderwoude.com/index.html (Sroll down to the section "Removing registry entries")

http://www.jsifaq.com/SUBA/tip0100/rh0170.htm (has a command line utility you can download)

Hope this helps!
