This page has alot of XP fixes
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_...
Some require the download of a VBS file.
So, read at the top of that page--
"How to use a VBS file"

On that page, go down the left hand column to line 275. That may be your fix.

Open regedit. What do you want to change? You need to be VERY careful in there. :)

I am not able to access it. I believe it is because of a virus.
It says that it was blocked by the administrator, but I log in as administrator!

Your first priority then should be to clean the system of the virus. Backup your data first. Then disable system restore. Download and install Malwarebytes, run a full scan, and delete anything detected.
