just ran across this in my machine. had it for a long time . It really works. ERDNT,ERUNT,NTREGOPT.exe. It's a free registry backup and registry defrag. It's on google but don't recall the search name . try all 3. Rgds.

Hey gabep,
I too am a devoted fan of Erunt and NTREGOPT.
Erunt is known as "The Emergency Recovery Utility NT Registry Backup and Restore for Windows NT/2000/XP. NTREGOPT is known as "The Registry Optimization for Windows NT/2000/XP."
Both can de d/l from http://home.t-online.de/home/lars.hederer/erunt/

Thanks Kevin for the comeback. Monkeyboy has been here before under a different name and was very antogonistic. That's why I was sort of rude. Rgds and apolologies. Rgds
