I need help to solve an annoyance. My Website pages will not instantly update.. after i upload from my computer, an updated version of the webpage?? thanks any help would be greatly appreciated

Gemma, is it possible you have a bunch of stuff running in the background? Malware/spyware/adware comes to mind as that's a favorite ploy. HTH. Ed in Texas.
