Specs: Windows XP
Okay, so here's the Deal I've recently reformatted my laptop with a copy of genuine windows XP which i had previously reformatted my PC two times with, I'm just wondering is there a limit to the amount of times one can use a Windows Xp disc?
and i don't mean legally all i want to know is will i be able to reformat my laptop successfully, reason being i don't want to get halfway through then watch it say "Sorry but you have run out of uses for this disc please purchase another" or say something like that

thanks in advance

Reformatting means to wipe the HDD clean & prepare it for the installation of the OS.

You can use the XP disc to reformat as many HDDs as you want & you can use the same disc to install XP as many times as you want, but you can only 'legally' use the product key for one installation.
