how can i reduce the internet data consumption like in one month 10gb downloading capacity,the amount of data receiving and transporting going very fast please give me a solution or soft ware link to download.

Pul the plug should do it.

You cannot reduce the data other than by simply not using the Internet. By the time it gets to you all the compression that can be done has already been done.
