To all, I tried to move my cdrom from the secondary ide port to a slave on the first ide port. Now when i started up Windows XP i got a Blue screen of death. Also had this same experience with installing a new Video Card. Looks to me like Windows XP doesn't automatically detect new or changed hardware. How do i get Windows XP to redetect new or changed hardware when it boots.?
