Just checked my recycle bin and there were alot of files there do i need to delete these items or will they automatically be deleted. And what happens if I don't delete

If they are in the Recycle Bin, then I'm assuming you don't want them any longer. They will delete depending on your Recycle Bin size configuration.

Right-click the Recycle Bin and select Properties. You'll see the settings there. Adjust as you wish.

You can always just Empty the Recycle Bin as well.

if you use crap cleaner, it will clean out the files for you.

Right mouse click on the Recycle Bin icon select delete...
