Recycle Bin

I get an error each time I open the recycle bin when also running Windows Explorer at the same time. The error message I think has something to do with the file ntdll.dll My system locks up and begins to generate an error report when I try to open the Recycle Bin...has anytone seen this problem? click on the image below to see a screen capture of my problem
