My problem is simple. My desktop isn't refreshing when I empty my trash or throw something into the trash. Meaning: Click on your desktop and create the highlight box. Now drag it over an icon. The moment it hits an icon, the box vanishes. When I let go of my mouse, the icon does highlight as if the box was still there. Suggestions? XP Pro, MS Power Tools (Tweek UI). Nothing else added to the desktop. This didn't always happen. Started like a few months ago and decideding now to find out why.
