If you didn't make a backup of your outlook.pst file before the virus attack, I can think of no way to recover your emails.

You must always make a backup copy of your outlook.pst file at regular intervals so you can recover your emails when disaster strikes (eg you have to re-install Windows, perform a factory recovery, or in case of hard drive failure).

Outlook can be configured in several different ways. Your email comes from an email service provider. Outlook connects to the email server & either downloads the emails to your PC (deleting the originals) or allows you to read the emails directly from the server without downloading them to your PC. It may also download emails to your PC but also leave copies on the server. In other words, your missing emails may still be on the server if you configured Outlook that way. If you didn't & you deleted the .PST file, they are most likely lost for good.

Go through the steps written in the article to recover deleted emails otherwise you can choose Kernel for Outlook PST Repair software which not only repairs the corrupt pst file but also recovers deleted or lost emails from pst file.
