Did you burn the disk as data files? Did you close the session?

What software did you use to burn the dvd?
Does the drive read previous burned DVD+r's ??

If you go to Windows Explorer, and put the disk and choose the disk in what does the Windows explorer say when you put the disk in??

Thank you both for answering my request for help.Sorry I forgot to say that I recorded with Nero Express. I tried both suggestions and got no results. When I put the disk in the dvd drive, the green light turned on for about 30 seconds, went out and then blinked about three times ,went out ,blinked again about three times and then went out. nothing appeared on the screen.

That may simply mean autorun isn't working.

Insert the disk and then go to my computer. Doubleclick the drive letter for the DVD drive. The drive should list the default name assigned by Nero at the time of creation.
