Recommend me some TV Tuner Software

Just got an USB Digial TV tuner - the supplied software is rubbish though.
Can anyone recommend me some good software to use with it. Main use is to watch UK freeview TV but some recording facility would be handy.

You could use Windows Movie maker. It's not the best and only recoreds im WMA I think but it comes with XP so its free. I found it's shortcut here,
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

You probably want something that can record in Mpeg2. Verify your card is capable of that before searching any further. The site I linked should be able to help you.
