Specs: Windows XP Professional w, 1024 MB RAM DDR
Hey there,

I was wondering if I can check what programs has been recently uninstalled via "Add/Remove Programs" in the Control Panel.
I want to check because my son just uninstalled a few programs (He just played with that feature), and I want to know which he uninstalled so I'd know what to bring back.

Thanks in advance,
Oz Pere.

Hello XerionX, if you wish to bring your programs back, just do a System Restore.
Just go back a day before the programs where removed, alittle before and Restore them.

If you want a pair of handcuffs try google, they might keep him from playing on your computer, lol.

I doubt it will work. XP System Restore is geared to the core OS and have no bearing on third party programs you added or removed.

I'd start by making his account a Limited/Restricted account. That way, he won't be able to uninstall Programs. (Most anyway...)

Life is more painless for those who are brainless.
