If this is a serious inquiry, then Press Alt+F4 until you see something that says "RESTART, SHUTDOWN " STANDBY" and you'll want to click the Restart option.

go to start on the lower left corner of your monitor screen and click your mouse.
scroll up to SHUT DOWN then select restart at the arrow button .. then click okay!
to start your computer just reverse the order!
