I wont to my computer restarts every 2 hours if it inactive... Or make some tricky thing - like use some kind of exe screen saver - put 120 minutes delay till
activate and when reach time to activate, calls prgy for reboot.
HINT: Well, computer is remote. Alone... and... and... think! ;)
And find "AMP WinOFF" program. Free!

So you want a hack or a program that will allow you to reboot someone ELSE's computer? Did you read the rules of this site before posting? Some people actually come to this site with legitimate problems/concerns and not to play childish games with other people's systems.
Course, I could be totally misinterpreting your "HINT: Well, computer is remote. Alone... and... and... think! ;)"

"Sometimes is pretty wise not to write at all and put someone the thought that this is not quite clever person, then to talk and kill all doubt." I have no idea what that means. I'm guessing English is not the OP's first language. And, krba, I am NOT your dear.
Life's more painless for the brainless.
