Re-assign drive letter of CD rom

Can anyone tell me how to re-assign the drive letter of the cd rom from D to say, H. I know how to and have done it on win 98 boxes but can't figure it out on win xp.

just open computer management then go to the disk management then right click on the drive you want change.... the icon can be seen in administrative folder
