It looks like it's trying to either run the program from CD or install something from the CD. Do you have the CD? If so, insert it, and browse to the location on the CD.

'Spyware' is quite a stretch

As noted, it appears the application requires its CD for normal operation, regardless of how it was installed - perhaps a proper installation required you to burn to disc first(?)

Consider visiting the parent site(s)

Evidence Eliminator is given a bad review by SpywareInfo.

Perhaps, after reading the review, "adware" might be a more appropriate word to use.

That may be the case, however the issues raised at SpywareInfo are not the ones being reported by the OP - - and while their findings may (or may not) be accurate, that rant.. uh, warning borders on hysteria

This seems very much like a "CD required" message to me

Undeniably, spyware /adware scans (along with AV) should be performed as a matter of course - - these days the S&V forum is overburdened with posts attributing every computer hiccup imaginable to "virus" or other malicious software. While it's difficult to blame the posters, who often have no other suspects, maybe *we* should practice a degree of restraint & investigation before going down that road prematurely
