right Click "Local Area Connection" first , then Wait Until I got a message about the "local area Connection not responding (End Task ,Cancel) then after I have to Double Click The internet

Try right-clicking on your internet connection icon, properties, connections, and make sure "always dial my default connection" is ticked.
Hopefully thats all it is,,,,

How are you connecting to the Internet?

Modem, Modem/router, USB/Ethernet.

Providing everything is configured correctly, windows should establish an Local Area Connection automatically at boot up. The modem/router establishes the connection with the Internet. There should be no need for you to click anything.

This assumes you are using broadband. If you are using a dial up then its a whole different story.

i actually think i had a problem like this today. this is what i did ... i went to device manager and clicked on my lan adapter and not diabled it but totally uninstalled it.
that made my lan connection disappear and then restarted my pc after taking out the cable network from my adapter. re-installed it and plugged in the cable and called my ISP to get IP DNS Gateway etc and everything went on ok.

If you would tell us what you plugging into the Network Interface Card I might be able to help you.

Until I know that little bit of information, any solutions will just be wild guesses.

Make and Model number would be really useful.

Local Area Connection 2, Local area Connection 3 is what happens when you remove a network card without first un-installing the software that drives it. You can delete the extra connection just leaving the latest, but you wont be able to re-name it.
