I'm having trouble installing real player on my computer, every time i download it from the site, it begins to set up for installation, gets 99 percent initialized and then says, "installer component setg3270.dll is missing or corrup. I've tried the customer support on real.com, and all the help sites, and i cant find a thing on this problem, any help would be great.
