Hi, Whenever i try to run nearly any .exe files on my comp it gives me the error "Only part of a readprocessmemory or writeprocessmemory request was completed"

You could try a 'Repair' install. It will not format the drive and you can probably save your data. You 'will' lose and Microsoft updates.
