Some program is trying to dial a connection. It could be legit (virus program or windows automatic update) or it could be spyware. Check your program options and uncheck any auto update boxes, then download spybot search and destroy, update it then run it and remove anything that it picks out as bad. You can download it from many sites. www.pcworld/downloads is one.

It is a virus as it tries to shutdown vsmain.exe (virusscan7 pro) which cannot find it -
As I cannot not get onto net (with XP) I can not get latest dat file - There are other programs it shuts down like regedit.exe I rename these files and then I am able to use them.
I have tried spyblaster and sbybot but they don't recognise anything that causes it I have tried fixblast.exe and thought it might be w32-darker worm but not having any luck as yet.

Trying ending the share or P2P program first from your task mannager, the rasautou is only a remote dealer, a program used to reconnect a failed connection only that it don't recognize an undelivered or delivered ending session. good luck

To solve "RASAUTOU" problem do next:

1) In Registry Editor navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\RAS AutoDial\Default

2) Click right button on mouse and open "Modify"

3) Delete name of your connection which rasautou.exe used for dialing.

Good Luck!

After I restarted my computer I didn't have problems. After I connected to internet manualy, and after I restart again I rasautou.exe was active again.
Try next:
1) Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\RAS Autodial\Networks\NETWORK0
2) Click with right mouse button on Key named "1", click Modify and delete name of Value data (default Internet conection)!

Sorry for previous partialy correct massage.
(I think this is Sobig virus because I found some names in Registry)

Sorry!
I don't have any problem after I deleted all valuse except "Default" under this Key, and restart computer. Maybe some of applications (or virus) wrote this in registry. To make us problem.
My OS is Microsoft Windows XP Professional.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Search Assistant\ACMru\5603

This number (5603) at the and of the line above can be diferent on your machine. Under all keys leave only "Default" parameter.
Enjoy!
