is this something you have downloaded?

i will not ask what it is but i'm sure your friend has sent you an iso disk image to which he owns the legal copyright but it has been split into 50mb rar files to make it easier to send.

first step download winrar search on google
2) install winrar
3) open one of the rar files using winrar
4) you will be presented with the image
5) click the extract to button
6) select location
7) extract
8) navigate to location after extraction is complete
9) if iso burn with nero as usual
10) if bin and cue get a program like alcohol and open the cue file with it.

other possibility if the file you have been sent is 1 rar file then just hold shift right click it and select open with nero.
if its an unsupported format do steps 1 - 10
