you need to download winrar or winace to open these files. google them.

RAR is a Winrar file
To open those you need WinRAR or most other Compression software will open them..

And torrent files.. You dont open a torrent file. you run it.. In order to excute the torrent you need a program like Bittorrent

Once you have that all you need to do is click on the torrent file and it will automatically connect to the servers and download the requested file.

there r many programs that alow you 2 download torrent but i fins this the easiest
