Hi
I keep getting random pop ups on my computer. I wont even be on the browser and they will come up. What really bothers me is i have run spybot s&d, ad aware 6.0, spydoctor, and norton antivirus and deleted everything. However, i have noticed that certain programs come back on my computer in a matter of minutes. DSO EXPLOIT, COMMON HIJACKER, IGNET will all be removed with spybot, but if i restart my computer they will be found once again. One of these could be the culprit. I have also went through the startup list and unchecked several unnecessary programs and any spyware. Please advise. Thanks!

I have just run all these programs again, deleting everything, and i havn't restarted. The popups are still happening, so i guess it is not those programs.

lavasoft ad-aware my friend. download it, update it, and run a full in depth system scan (which is not the default option). Then search google for "trend micro housecall" and run it. If that all doesn't work, download "hijackthis" and get rid of any suspicious things there. WARNING! do not delete everything. Make sure u know what it is before you delete it. could have serious side effects.
Hope it works out for you. tell us how it goes.

Email me for info on how to get a free ipod. No BS! totally legit

Yep, your computer is infected with spyware. SpyBot dosn't always get rid of spyware----I have it on my machine, and it always dosn't delete everything. Do what these other professionals say on this post, and you should be alright.

Are you running the newest version of Spybot S&D, and also, have you immunized your PC lately?
If not, that could be your problem.
If you're using SP2, you shouldn't be getting major pop-ups as the built in stopper works great also.

If you need a simple solution, try mine. I try to give advise on things that have happened to my PC. Changes in registry can be FATAL! Glad to have a chance to help you.

If you have not disabled messenger in services under computer management or have not installed SP2, that is where your problem is.
