when i log onto my pc ill go onto my internet explorer. As soon as i log on like 20 popups will come up on the bottom of the screen. They will randomly appear and dissapear and "unknown error" popups will come up two. This will slow down my internet and cause multiple boot offs. I have kazaa but im not sure if thats the problem. But this is really getting bad and im not sure what it is

Sounds like a 'normal' case of spyware and such. i would suggest visiting http://www.lavasoftusa.com and downloading the free version of Ad-Aware, after you've done that, download the updates, which there will be some, and run it. I'm sure you will find lots of extra running processes, cookies, and Registry keys and such that may drastically make your internet pleasure better by removing them, which Ad-Aware will do for you.

u can fix pop ups by installing ad aware but another thing that will actually physically stop pop ups instead of deleting them after you get off your comp is to get google bar which i use. It will keep pop ups away except for the messenger service pop ups that even i cant get rid of and if anyone can help me with that it would be great

another thing to watch out for is do not use ad aware with regular kazaa because regular kazaa is based on spyware the best thing to do is get kazaa++lite because if you use ad aware with kazaa it will delete files needed for regular kazaa to run

Although I use Ad-Aware and I've disabled the messaging service, I still get pop ups when I'm not online. Are there anymore suggestions?

The only way you can get pop-ups while offline is to have some sort of adware/spyware process running. If adaware isn't getting rid of it, try spybot.

Oops, forgot to mention. Make sure you have the latest version of adaware and check for updates every time you run it. Older versions will NOT update.

Those free wares that you downloaded also enable your system to advert companies that you didn't even aware of. That how they finance themselves. Make sure to read the contract before downloading. Also the sex sites that visited, it will stay in the registry. Search the web for this totally free from third party Registry Cleaner:
RegCleaner 4.2 by Jouni Vuorio

Messenger Service CAN be switched off. Go to Run on the Start menu and type 'services.msc', without the quotes, and click OK. In the right pane scroll down to and double-click Messenger then the General tab and under Service Status click Stop. In the Startup Type drop-down menu select Disable then Apply and OK.
