I just bought an Inspiron 6000 Laptop and cleaned it out (Disabled useless services and other background programs). I freed up a bunch of memory but I'm still having this laggy mouse problem. Every so often, maybe an hour or so, my mouse will randomly lag for about 10 seconds while i'm using the touchpad scroller. I've checked the system resources and everything seems to be fine, so I'm not sure what it could be. Anyone have any ideas
