random bsod, tcpip6.sys?

I keep getting this bsod randomly, I've checked all my drivers, checked memroy, hard drive, etc, its nothing hardware that I can tell, heres the info:

DRIVER_IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
STOP 0x00000D1 (0x0000002C, 0x0000002, 0x0000001, 0xF3E25782)

tcpip6.sys - address F3E25782 base at F3E02000, DateStamp 4856919C


any idea how to fix it?

Go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and download the latest network adapter's drivers. Install the drivers over what you have now.

Might uninstall or disable ipv6.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
