I have a Radeon 9800 All-in-Wonder. When I'm watching the TV it will make a loud buzzing sound between shows/adverts. Sometimes it will start buzzing and not stop until I change the input to composite and back again. If I close the TV while it's buzzing the buzzing continues regardless.
