RADEON 9500: no wake up at DVI

I changed my old display (analog conn.) to a new TFT Fujitsu-Siemens P17-1 (DVI connect.) Now: wake up from standby occures accusticly, but the screen stays black. Return from sleep modus is strange: Pressing the power button: PC recovers, the reload - diagramm appeares. When win starts(!!!): The screen gets black, says "no signal" and went to sleep.. THe hotline of Fujitsu says: Update grafic card software, I did, no effect.. The hotline of the PC says: Update BIOS, I did, no effect.. Which rules apply to the energy scheme? It is now: Monitor down 10 min Harddisc down 20 Standby 30 Sleep 40 I asked at different forums, but no solution was found, so any idea is highly apprechiated.. Regards Alex
