Quick Launch-All Users?

Hello, My company has a few shortcuts they use from the Quick Launch, but there are multiple users on each computer. I'm trying to find a way to add these shortcuts to the Quick Launch for All Users on the computer, rather than adding them for each user individually. Any suggestions? Is there a way to change the Quick Launch folder location to All Users? Thanks

You could add it to the Default User profile. Then, when the users login and their local profile is initially created, it would be a standard configuration.
Located here:
C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch
