Hi, I just did some cleaning on my grandfather's computer, and well, I basically changed the startup a bit, defragmented, and cleaned the disk... Somehow after I was done with all of this, the computer disabled all the services.... I actually started all services again, but now, It has way too many services active.... Is there a way I can set all the services to a default ?...

The services you need to have enabled or disabled depend entirely on what the system is used for and connected to. Here are links to some guides on XP services:

Stopping services in services.mmc, only lasts until the next restart or boot, then Services restart again. So uncheck the services on the Services tab in msconfig. Then again, you cannot restart the service via services.mmc, but go back into msconfig.
