From Excel Help: Wrap text in a cell To start a new line of text at a specific point in a cell, click where you want to break the line, and then press ALT+ENTER.

Make the cell larger. Right click the cell, select Format Cells, under alignment tab, check word wrap. Click OK. Type Sunday then space bar until it wraps to the next line, type Monday.
