Try these two sites,
http://www.driverguide.com or http://www.windrivers.com
But first pull the card and make note of the FCC number. This way if you cant find the drivers can you do an FCC search.

Hey man I went to driverguide.com and got there xp driver for qs3000a it didnt work, if same happens to you try the Xwave300WinNt4.0.zip driver it worked like a charm however when it found the pci game controller hardware that zip didnt have the driver for it. Now if i can just find anyone to help me with that problem......
