Not that there is an 'XP version' of QBASIC, but here's one link...

Should run okay on XP, but not sure which version that is though. Version 4.5 or 7.1 are the best. You can just do a search for 'download qbasic' on yahoo.com and you get about 29,000 results. Ah, the magic of search engines.
