You'll probably find software that will do the job at "snapfiles.com"

Either add the second pst file to your Data File list and just leave it that way, or open it and then copy all the data from that one to your Mail Delivery file.

1)In Outlook, from the file menu, choose Import & Export
2)Then choose import from another file or program & click next
3) Choose personal file folder (pst) & click next
4) Browse to the extra .pst file & click next
When you are finished, your original pst file will contain the information from both files.
