There are two reasons for a proxy server.
1. security -keep machines behind it anonymous
2. speed up with web page caching

Neither of these are needed for VoIP especially on a LAN

Seems to me all you are doing is adding another hop [slowness] to your VoIP solution.

well what i need it for is :

If i dial a number through on my Static IP .. here IP will blocks , for the solution i use VOIP VPN SERVER .. which route the calls ..

thats why i need Proxy Server that supports Voice which connects all the LAN Clients through my VPN SERVER , so that i can route all the calls that made through LAN clients with VOIP VPN ..

Thats what i want to do exactly .

"here IP will blocks"
what the heck does that mean?

are these "calls" on the lan or going out to the internet?
If internet who is your voip provider?
VPN on the LAN? Where are you getting your information on how to configure voip from?

Let me explain u the scenario..

I'm from Pakistan .. i'm running a 10 seats call center .. If i dial a single call on my statis IP .. our National Telecom Company will block my IP .

In order to prevent my IP blockage i use VOIP VPN SERVER .. which actually route all the calls that we made through a VPN TUNNEL .

I setup a VPN SERVER and i need to connect my all the clients to VPN SERVER by using a proxy server or by giving my Clients Proxies .And so i can also monitor my Clients aswell .

Thats why am asking if there is any Proxy Server Available which support Voice Data or SIP .?

Ok ..

That makes sense. Thanks

I haven't worked with your situation but a quick sip proxy server search turned up this.
