Is it possible to set an adminsitrator password that cannot be altered or deleted by other adminstrators? I need them to have the ability to use certain features but don't want them to have the ability to log into my account.

actually at the moment I have a website that needs Java. It works fine as long as the user has adminstrative privelages but as soon as you change them back to a limited user you get a Java error.
