Is it possible to set an adminsitrator password that cannot be altered or deleted by other adminstrators? I need them to have the ability to use certain features but don't want them to have the ability to log into my account.

Nope. What certain "features" do you want "them" to use?

actually at the moment I have a website that needs Java. It works fine as long as the user has adminstrative privelages but as soon as you change them back to a limited user you get a Java error.
