Is it possible set folder to that state, that it cannot be deleted? I mean set without using any 3rd party program.
I'm asking this, because i got a fear, that i might someday accidentally delete some important folder.

It would be far better for you to get into a backup routine.
Back up all of your important data files to cdr or dvd daily, and you will not have these fears of deleting some important file or folder.

It can be done in XP. In Home, it can only be done from Safe Mode, but it can be done.
The safer option, though, might be to not randomly delete files.
The safest option would be to log on as a standard user, and not an administrator.

Programs should be properly uninstalled. It is OK to delete files you put in yourself (docs pictures etc) if you want to.
Leave everything else alone but if you feel tempted get advice about the file name before doing so.
It's rare for files to get accidentally deleted and even then they can usually be retrieved from the bin. Mostly files are deliberately deleted (twice), even tho folk like to suggest it was two accidents.
