Just today, when I turn on my computer, I get a dialogue box that says "unhandled exception:c000005 at address 10016b8", then I click OK, and then I get another box that say,"promulgate universal has encountered a problem and needs to close", then I can check to send or don't send to microsoft. The computer seems to be working ok but I get these two messages every time. What the hell is a promulgate universal? thanks everybody.
