I can't use the cd rom drive or jump drive via a usb port. On startup I get the system message: Administrator has prohibited access to USB/1394 mass storage devices. I can't find where to change access settings...

You may also be getting:
Administrator has prohibited access to CD/DVD Rom Drives, or similar.

If your User profile has full Administrator rights...

I looked at this and found it didn't fully fix the problem.
