|I use Avira AntiVir Personal and it said that it found a malware in my system folders( i remember it was named pw.exe ).|
I checked if the malware was dangerous, but it said the damage is usually low.
It claims that it deleted it, but i'm 99% sure that it didn't.
As a result to that, none of my .exe files do not open by clicking on them.
The single solution I found is to right-click and choose start, but it's getting on my nerves.
I'm really no expert in computers and I don't know much, so it would be helpful if any of you knew how to undo it.
Just one more thing, right before the antivir. announce me that i had the malware, I changed settings in control panel for mouse. Could it be any related?
The things that still work on double-click: my computer, recycle bin, any folders or files on desktop
The things that don't work: any .exe program on desktop( like Google Chrome, Google Earth, etc.), icons near Start button(fast? bar or whatever called), and icons near clock.
