Hey all .. looking to get some help here please. I have a friend in another state who is not comfortable opening up the PC to see exactly what kind of hardware they have. And I know I read on here one time about a program that will actually scan your PC and tell you exactly what you have.. anyone know the program name?? The thing is she apparently had someone install a bad driver for her video card and she does not know what kind of card she has and does not want to open it up. Can anyone help please??.. I think it scans all your hardware and will tell you your Ram type and name and video card and sounds cards etc.. hopefully someone knows what I am talking about . I never used it cause I will open my case up ..

Bill Gates does it for free too, he just does not advertise he is doing it and let you know what the details are unless he thinks you are doing something on the sly with his software.
