Program Folder opens at startup

After installing Norton Internet Security 2005 the folder for the program keeps opening up everytime windows starts up


Dell Inspiron 6000D
1.6 ghz
1 gig ram

1. go to start menu
2. go to run
3. type in msconfig
4. click on the tab that says startup
5. unclick the box that tells the folder to open
