Program defrags disk at startup

Help! I installed WorkstationOptimizer 1.0 as it promised to optimize my system. Worded well but everytime Windows starts up, it runs disk defrag utility and take a long time to finish. I don't see any option in the WorkstationOptimizer it self but maybe there a to stop it like CHKDSK. Help please!

Puklo, take a look in your control panel at your 'startup' menu and see if it's there.
Lots of software writers figure there's no possible way we could get along sans their masterpiece and it simply needs to be removed to set things right.
