I cant see anything in the program add-remove list. I mean it is empty though I have installed several programs and updates. another problem is that I have to click on the user icon in the windows opening though there is only one user in my computer. How can I configure my computer so that windows opens directly? thank you
Go to C:\WINDOWS\inf Folder and find the following file and open it in Note Pad. sysoc.inf EDIT all lines that have either hide or HIDE by deleting the hide or HIDE. EXAMPLE: Before editing. WBEM=ocgen.dll,OcEntry,wbemoc.inf,hide,7 After editing. WBEM=ocgen.dll,OcEntry,wbemoc.inf,,7
Once done Go up to File and chose SAVE and close the file and reboot the computer. Now you will have those components in the ADD/REMOVE options.
