I have noticed that the traditional directory for cookies doesn't seem to be the main one anymore.

My cookie-Wall will auto-delete the baddies I set, but the main cookies that are used now seem to be in the Temporary Internet Files folder. The cookies for this forum and others as well as Doubleclick, Fastclick and the other baddies are there. Does anyone know a program that will auto-delete cookies out of the Temorary Internet Files folder?

Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime;
Then industry pollutes the water and kills all the fish.

You can use XP's built-in Cookie Manager

IE Options - Security - Custom - then the Advanced Button - set to Override and then Accept first-party- Block Third-party and Allow Per-session

Then the Sites Button - type in there all the Addresses of the 'nasties' ie Doubleclick etc

The Addresses are obtained from the IE Options - General Tab - TIFs - Settings - View Files

It is a bit of a chore to begin with but it does stop them and gradually you'll get fewer and fewer

I just use a batch file.

Once you know where the cookies are, just hardwire the BAT.
