There is no "one-size-fits-all" diagnostic software. Your description of your problem is completely lacking in any pertinent detail. For meaningful assistance please describe in detail exactly what your problems are including any error codes.
I used to have a signature but it disappeared and I just couldn't be bothered writing another so please feel free to ingore this.
