When I restart WinXP, a little error window appears when the desktop loads that reads "Product Not Installed" How do I figure out what this is and remove it?

"Product not installed" is an error message of what you have just installed successfully or unsuccessfully. Other than that it is too generalized a term for us to suggest anything constructively.

Hi Erik I had the same problem but found the solution yesterday.Search for a folder Daemon, possibly under Program/D Tools.Get rid of this and your problem goes away.I think it is an application that came with a dvd burning program
